30-day money-back policy* Once the product is returned under our 30-day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) The refund will be credited to your Bank account.

1. the refund will be processed to your bank account for cash on delivery orders.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you? We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money-back policy.

How do I return the product to Stone Magus within 30 days?

1. Select the item in your order that you want to return.
2. Ready your jewelry in the original packing material along with the certificate.
   • If the product value is less than Rs. 35,000, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup.
   • If the product value is Rs. 35,000 or above and a Stone Magus employee is picking the product, then please hand over the product to the person coming for pickup.
   • If the product value is Rs. 35,000 or above and if the return pickup has been arranged via one of our 3rd party logistics partners; first you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure your jewelry in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. We will arrange for the pickup once you have received the tamper-proof packet. On the date when the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the packet with the product to the person.
3. Please collect an acknowledgment (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).
4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your Stone Magus account in 2-3 working days after a quality check.

100% Refund Our 30-day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro.

Free Returns We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day money-back policy. If If you prefer just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier over to pick it up from you.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy: We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from Stone Magus, within India and around the globe. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Stone Magus account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Coins and Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Stone Magus shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Note:

1. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
2. For Stone Magus products not bought from Stone Magus Stores/Website(www.stonemagus.com), an additional deduction of 5% would be charged over and above the above-mentioned exchange/buyback policy. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange/buyback.
3. Stone Magus products bought from non-Stone Magus Offline Stores will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.

Free Shipping Stone Magus provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. Shipping time is 24-48 hours for "Available in Stock" items and 10 business days for "Make to Order" items.

Transit Insurance All goods will be fully insured by Stone Magus until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
